The 7th Board Meeting was held on 31st Jan 26 at 6.00 PM at the conference hall of Karmas Kitchen Kalimpong. President Rtn Col Ashok Gogoi presided over the meeting. 19 members along wit their Partners (as invitees) attended the meeting. The President gave a report on the 36th District Conference held at Shillong from 9th to 11th Jan 26. Highlight of the conference were the adoption of amendment to District Bylaws, election of DGND and COL Representative and Alternate. Electronic voting for RI Director 2027-29 was in progress and will conclude on 1st Feb 26. The Board discussed the proposal for an inter club meeting of clubs of Zone 8 and decided on joining RC Darjeeling at Gymkhana Club for the same. The House formed a committee under PP Rajat Dalmia as the Chair and Rtn Dr. Anisha Rai, Rtn Dr. Gaurav Chhetri and Rtn Rakes Sinhal to undertake a Medical Camp in colaberation with Mission Hospital and other medical experts.
