The 6th BOD meeting for the RY 2025-26 was held on 18th December 2025 at Rotary Centre Kalimpong. The meeting was attended by 14 members. Earlier in the day, during RWM many details of the Bike Rally were discussed and decisions taken. The discussions continued during the Board Meeting. Duty roster for the Bike Rally was finalised. Letters received from the DG Rtn Dr. Kameswar Elangbam regarding election of DGND, RI Director and COL representative were discussed and finalised during the BOD meeting.
