The 1475th RWM was conducted on 18th December 2025 at 1700 hrs at the Rotary Centre Hill Cart Road Tapoban, Kalimpong. Rtn Col Ashok Gogoi presided over the meeting. 14 members attended the meeting. During the meeting, final preparations for the Motorbike Rally were made. A headcount of the participating bike riders and others going by car was taken. A stock of all Publicity banners and posters distributed and displayed were taken. Social media reels and videos were circulated. Details of escorting the SP for flagging off the Rally, to our Centre were worked out. A detail schedule of the days itenary made. All loose ends of the Bike Rally were tied up.
