The 1474 RWM was held on 11 Dec at the Rotary Centre of RC Kalimpong at 1700 hrs. The meeting was presided over by President Rtn Col Ashok Gogoi. 11 members attended the meeting. The meeting discussed the upcoming mega event of the Club, Motorbike Rally. The House decided to invite Shri Shrihari Pandet DIG IPS SP Kalimpong for flagging off the Rally. Cdr Dilram Gurung and Secretary Rtn Vishal Grung were requested to meet the SP in this regard and obtain his consent. Letters to the President/Secretary Indian Redcross Society Kalimpong for provisioning of an ambulance for the Rally and Mr. Rudra karki as media representative will be sent bby the President immediately. Rtn Abhishek Pradhan was requested to requision services of a blogger to cover the event for wide publicity.
