The 1498th RWM was held on 18th June 26 at the Rotary Centre. President Rtn Col Ashok Gogoi presided over the meeting. The House took up discussion on the resignation of the Chess Coach Mr. Subham Rai. Following important decisions were taken in regard to running the sports fecilities and chess training: - Important Decisions Taken at the 1498th Regular Weekly Meeting 1. Chess Training and Sports Facilities at the Rotary Centre The House deliberated on the future management of the Chess Training Programme and Sports Facilities at the Rotary Centre and resolved as follows: a) The resignation of Mr. Subham Rai was accepted with thanks for his services. b) PP Sanjogita Subba informed the House that she has identified a new Chess Coach, a teacher from APS, to conduct the training programme. c) PP Sanjogita Subba and PE Pravin Pradhan will discuss the terms and conditions of engagement with the proposed coach and place the same before the House for approval. d) The appointment shall be form
