The 11th Board Meeting and 1st Joint Board Meeting was held on 23rd May. Rtn Col Ashok Gogoi presided over the meeting. The President thanked all members for the well conducted DIC on 2nd and 3rd of May 26. Rtn Vikash Golyan Jr brought out problems faced by the Interactors for non-availability of Internet connection for the reel making competition. President Col Gogoi brought out that the role of Faculty Advisors of Interact Clubs need to be recognised and appreciated. After discussions the following important decisions: 1. The House decided to recognize Faculty Advisors of Interact Clubs of all Schools, on completion of one year of continuous service by award of a Certificate of Appreciation at the end of the Rotary Year. 2. Plans to hold a tournament for Rtn, Anns and Rtylets in TT, Chess and Badminton The President announced attendance pattern of RWMs of the club. 4 members attendance was 80%; 3 above 60% and average attendance was 34%.
