The 10th Board Meerting for the Rotary Year 2025-26 was held on 18th Apr 26 at the Rotary Centre at 5.30 PM. The meeting was presided over by President Rtn Col Ashok Gogoi. 21 members attended the meeting. The President , while welcoming the members stated that we ma not get aonther chance to discuss the DIC as the next week will be taken up by the West Bengal elections. In light of the voting on 23rd Apr, the 1491 RWM was cancelled. Hence, it was important that all issues related to the DIC be sorted out in this Board Meeting. The House took up discussions on conduct of the District Interact Cenference (DIC) 2025-26. The program schedule was discussed in detail and relevant decidions taken. The Committee members were requested to take up their responsibilities in ernest . The House also took up discussion on the recomendation of two new members and approved their applications unanimously.
