The 1489th RWM was held on 9th April 26 at the Rotary Centre at 5.00 PM. The meeting was presided over by President Rtn Col Ashok Gogoi. 15 members attended the meeting. The house discussed the upcoming event conduct of the District Inetract Conference 2026 at Kalimpong. Various issues regarding fixing the date, venue, recce of the venue were discussed. A time line was drawn up. Various Committees for conduct of the event was announced by the President. The House also discussed holding of the 10th Board Meeting and celebrations of the Charter Day. It was decided to hold 10th Board Meeting on 18th Apr and also the Charter Day on the same day after Board Meeting.
